Before purchasing a strata title property, many prospective purchasers arrange an inspection of the records and accounts of the Owners Corporation by a suitably qualified strata searcher. This is called a Strata Search and is covered under Section 108 of the NSW Strata Schemes Management Act 1996.

To request a Strata Search click HERE and our team will contact you to arrange a suitable date/time.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
• Strata searches require 24 hours’ notice for booking
• The cost of the searches are: $33 per hour and $16.50 for every half hour every thereafter plus $1.10 per page of photocopying required. (All prices are inclusive of GST)
• You will require a letter of authority to conduct the search. You can seek these from the vendors solicitor or the managing agent. WITHOUT THIS WE CAN NOT BOOK YOUR INSPECTION.
