It really makes you wonder what the world is coming to when people start getting shot at Strata Meetings. This event has shocked me personally and I am sure some owners who tend to have heated meetings from time to time.

I just cannot comprehend that people will use violence of that extreme to settle disputes. We have all been to meetings in the past where things have gotten heated and possibly a little aggressive but always the matters have been settled without violence.

We want nothing more that for all of our clients and staff to feel comfortable and safe in any and all environments, so what new implications, if any, this event has on ensuring that safety for our clients and our staff will be interesting to see.
