Jamesons has been working closely with the committee of this 355-lot residential community in Parramatta, ensuring proactive management of essential upgrades.

This large complex scheme required major maintenance, including hot water system upgrades and fire door replacements. Through strategic planning and collaboration with trusted trades, we coordinated these works with minimal disruption to residents.

Ryde Garden

Since 2023, Jamesons Strata Management has delivered financial stability, defect claim support, and operational improvements for this 336-lot Ryde community. We streamlined budgeting for smarter financial management, led a major defect claim to protect owner interests, and enhanced efficiency through proactive facilities management, including the Building Management Committee and 25m pool operations.

Parramatta

Managing this 270-unit complex since 2012, Jamesons Strata has overseen all aspects of its interior, including premium amenities like an in-house gym and dedicated doorman. We led a major cladding project, leveraging industry expertise to secure significant cost savings. This successful outcome provided owners with long-term security and peace of mind.

As part of the current strata committee member of one of the biggest strata plans in NSW, I can say first hand, the Jamesons team are doing a tremendous job. It would not be easy to manage the expectations of more than 4,000 people and still Jamesons have performed exceptionally well while coordinating with trades and security amongst other important tasks.  The team show genuine interest in our building and provide support and empathy towards our residents.
