Interview Process
Step 1: Initial Chat with People and Culture
Once you submit your application, our People and Culture team will reach out to schedule a phone call. This informal chat serves as an opportunity for us to get to know you better and discuss the role in more detail. We'll also use this time to answer any initial questions you may have about Jamesons and the position.
Step 2: Zoom Call with HR
Following our initial chat, we'll invite you to a virtual meeting via Zoom. This allows us to have a face-to-face conversation and delve deeper into your skills, experience, and aspirations. It's also an opportunity for you to learn more about our company culture, values, and the team you'll potentially be working with.
Step 3: In-Person Interview
If both parties are still excited to move forward after the Zoom call, we'll invite you to our office for an in-person interview. Here, you'll have the chance to meet with members of the team you'll be collaborating with. This step not only allows us to assess your qualifications further but also gives you a firsthand look at our work environment and the people you'll be working alongside.
Step 4: Welcome to the Team!
Congratulations! If you've successfully completed the interview process and we believe you're the perfect fit for the role, we'll extend a formal job offer. Once you accept, you'll officially become part of the Jamesons team. We'll provide you with all the necessary information and resources to help you seamlessly transition into your new role.
