Annual Planning for 2015

Once again we got together this year as a company to review the year that was, and all that we need to work on in 2015 and beyond.

We surveyed some of our clients and were again overwhelmed to hear that over 90% of them were delighted with our services over the last 12 months. They also listed some key items for us to focus on in order to better our service. These included; response times to queries, satisfaction with tradesman and new technology.

I am proud to let you know that we have already started work on those items including our new online Accounts Payable and Document Management systems, which will be rolled out early in the New Year. This system will see the end of payments via cheque and allow customers to view even more information online than ever before. (These systems were originally schedule for release in mid-December 2014 and have unfortunately had to be postponed due to some minor technical issues.)

We will also have an update for you early in the New Year on our plans to improve response times to queries and tradesmen.
