The executive committee along with one of our strata managers then obtained several quotes and looked at many different solutions. As a result Lighting Technologies was engaged to upgrade all lighting in the common areas, fire stairs, and garage. They have the best range of sensor lighting with emergency and non-emergency options. The lighting upgrade happened in two stages: July and November.
Their consumption dropped dramatically after each installation stage. It resulted in a 42% drop in consumption and a payback period on their initial costs of approximately 3.5 years.
