Terms & Conditions
- This promotion refers to the agreed base management fees only.
- The ‘first 3 months management fees free’ is valid only during the promotional period, which is 12.00AM 6th August 2018 until 12.00AM 29th October 2018.
- This promotion is valid only for properties in the Southern Highland region.
- The discount applies from the first months agreed base fees and expires at the end of the third month of fees charged. Agreed base management fees apply thereafter. (Jamesons will not apply agreed base management fees for the first three months of the contract period. Agreed base management fees will apply as agreed thereafter).
- Not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion
- Promotion applies to new customers only and is not applicable to any existing customers (unless signing an alternate strata plan not currently managed by Jamesons)
- The offer is not limited to one building per person. I.e. One person may have multiple strata plans they wish to sign with Jamesons using this promotion.
- Termination clauses apply as per the Agency Agreement notwithstanding the promotion. Refer to your individual agency agreement for more information.
