For several years
While this building does not consume large amounts of common energy, the committee wanted to explore innovative ways to create long-term savings for residents and owners. With the introduction of battery storage and individual smart boards, future energy savings could be delivered directly to each unit. In addition, the residents have shown strong enthusiasm for sustainability, making this an initiative the community could proudly support.
At their recent AGM, we proposed applying for a government grant available through a local North Sydney program. Our team worked closely with the committee to prepare the proposal, guide them through the grant process, and ensure the financial modelling was clear and transparent for all owners.
