Our Northern Rivers branch is led by Alexander Pratt, a proud local with deep roots in the community. Growing up in Bangalow and now based in the Byron Shire, Alex understands the unique needs of strata living in this region.
With experience managing all types of buildings—from residential and commercial properties to resort accommodations and rural community developments—Alex and the team bring a wealth of expertise, including deep knowledge of caretaker and management rights agreements. Since 2015, they have helped local buildings transition to sustainable energy solutions, improve disaster resilience, and adopt eco-friendly practices.
