What is My Portal?
My Portal is our award-winning strata management technology (Powered by SMATA) that we are thrilled to provide our clients to help better manage their building – at no extra cost.
It is a place where all owners can:
- Access all their essential building documents such as by-laws, insurance valuations, certificate of currency etc.
- View their levies and personal information
- Arrange maintenance work with our hand-selected partners and track the progress of these jobs in real-time and
- Communicate seamlessly with other owners, committee members, and our team.
Committee members have the added benefit of:
- Having all quotes consolidated in one place which makes it easy to review and approve
- Tracking the status and approving all invoices at the click of a button.
How do I access My Portal?
