Strata Records Inspections
If you’re conducting a strata records inspection—whether as an owner wishing to review records directly or as a strata inspector engaged to prepare a report—this is where you can book access.
Please note: Jamesons does not produce Strata Reports. If you require a formal report, you’ll need to engage a third-party company to prepare this for you.
How to Book an Inspection
Start by completing the form below and providing us with the necessary authority. This ensures we can process your request quickly and in line with legislative requirements.
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll be allocated a time to review the available records. You’ll have up to three hours to complete your inspection.
Why this is Required
Completion of the form is necessary to ensure compliance with Section 182 of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015, which states that an owner, mortgagee, or covenant charge of a lot, or a person authorised by them, may request the owners corporation to allow an inspection of records.
Pricing
- Owners: $31.00 for the first hour, plus $16.00 for every additional 30 minutes (maximum 3 hours).
- Authorised representatives or non-owners: From 1 July 2025, $60.00 for the first hour, plus $30.00 for every additional 30 minutes (maximum 3 hours).
