Who should I contact if repairs are needed to common property?
We have a large Repairs and Maintenance team and each of our buildings are assigned a dedicated Repairs and Maintenance Coordinator.
If repairs are required to the common property, or you have a question, you have the following options:

- Call 8969 3300 and select the Repairs & Maintenance option
- Email your coordinator via repairs@jamesons.com.au
- Lodge the maintenance request directly here. If you need to sign up to My Portal, please fill out this form and our team will provide you with login details.
Who should I contact in case of an emergency?
- If it falls within business hours (8.30am-5pm) please call 8969 3300.
- If it is outside of business hours, we have a 24/7 Emergency Service that you can reach on 0489 901 623.
What is considered common property?
Common Property is defined as all the areas of the building that are common, and the responsibility of the owners corporation to maintain. This generally includes the structural elements of the building including plumbing, electrical wires, windows, waterproofing, as well as the shared areas/facilities of the property.
