Why am I receiving this SMS?
This is a courtesy reminder to let you know that your levies were due on the 1st of the month. There is no charge for this SMS and you have until the 30th of this month to pay your levy before late fees or interest are charged.
I did not receive my levy notice this month / Can I please have a copy of my Levy Notice?
Missing Levy Notice:
Levy notices can go missing in the post or accidentally make their way to junk/spam folders.
- Please check your spam folder and ensure noreply@jamesons.com.au is whitelisted.
- If you currently receive your levy notices via post and you would like to start receiving them via email, please fill out this form.
If you would like to view a copy of your levy notice:
- You can access these easily via My Portal (either Log In or Sign Up).
- Once you are logged in, you will find on the right-hand side of the page, halfway down a section titled “Popular Documents”.
- Next to this, you will see a green button called Levy Notices. Click this and it will display all your levy notices.
- Here is a step by step guide for your reference also.
