IMPORTANT NOTE: COSTS
The costs for a certificate are statutory costs under the Schedule 1 – Fees of the NSW Strata Schemes Management Regulation 2010.
The section 109 (also known as the section 184) certificate fee is:
$114.40 and an additional $55 for a further certificate for a lot comprising a garage, parking space or storeroom that services the lot the subject of the first certificate.
For an urgent certificate the costs are – $169.40
