Each partner works closely with our internal specialised team and is contracted to meet our strict Service Level Agreement to exceed your expectations.
We know if we get this right we are on our way to achieving our mission to leave your building in a better place and ultimately to make all owners happier at home.

Insurance Broking: 100% Commission Rebate

Our partnership with Coverforce Insurance provides you with:
  • Quotes from all the industries’ insurers at the best possible rate. You receive a detailed comparison of vetted insurance providers to ensure the best possible selection. On average, an Owners Corporation saves $350.00 per annum using this service.
  • Management of your insurance claims from end-to-end, in conjunction with our specialised teams to reduce the frustrating delays associated with getting claims approved. We know your time is precious, and reducing those delays can help with peace of mind as well as financial savings.

In addition, Jamesons (one of the very few in the industry) will always rebate 100% of your insurance commission directly back to you, meaning that the Owners Corporation will save an additional 15-20% of their annual insurance premium.

Coverforce CNGMAV Pty Ltd is a joint venture between the CNG Property Group and Coverforce Partners Pty Ltd. Both parties may receive income as a result of placing your insurance and providing ongoing support. The full details of the remuneration payable are always disclosed and detailed in the renewal quotation.

Strata, for the most part, is a cottage industry that has not evolved for many, many years, and technology in the sector is no exception.

The software called My Portal (powered by SMATA) for our Jamesons clients allows owners, strata managers, and all their stakeholders to collaboratively manage all the most important tasks involved with running an efficient building, such as:
  • 24/7 access to all your important building documents
  • Communication with all building stakeholders in one place
  • Raising, booking, approving and monitoring maintenance work and quotes
  • Approving invoices and payments
  • Owner notifications about upcoming building works or trades requiring access to the building
  • Everything is tracked and recorded in real time which allows for full transparency and the ability to view the whole life cycle of key tasks.

Owners also have the ability rate all trades after each job on value for money, quality of their work, turnaround time, professionalism, and punctuality, meaning that only the very best-performing trades are recommended.

Cleaning & Gardening

We take pride in where we live, we know our clients want the same thing and we know that untidy common areas are the first thing people notice when they visit a building.
This is why our partnership with QSEC is critical to keep your property looking its best all year round.
Services provided by QSEC include:
  • Cleaning services, including carpet cleaning, window cleaning, roof & gutter cleaning, mould remediation services and more
  • Gardening services from small to large including landscaping jobs
Both services are offered as one of services or on an ongoing basis.
Each visit to your property will be logged using our technology and will come with before and after photos, as well as a summary of works completed to give you complete comfort that your property is being looked after the way you expect.
The team will also be able to attend to any minor maintenance tasks while on site to help keep costs down, including replacing light globes and other regular minor repairs needed.

Repairs, Maintenance, and Remedial Works

Getting repairs done at a property has to be one of the most frustrating things for our clients.
With the current undersupply of trades across NSW and the increasing cost of materials, we knew that we needed to find a solution to your problems.
We have partnered with QSEC to bring you:
  • Handyman repairs
  • Tree services
  • Painting
  • Mould Remediation
  • Window lock inspection and replacement
  • Fencing
  • Driveway repairs
  • Lots more!

Building & Facilities Management & concierge services

For buildings large and small, having somebody onsite to run a well-maintained building is often a critical piece of the puzzle and fosters happier communities within the building.
Our partnership with QSEC provides a whole range of services for onsite building management; working closely with our strata management team to:
  • Keep the Common Property and all plant and equipment in a good state of repair.
  • Analysing quotes and providing recommendations to the committee on trades and service providers that demonstrate the best value.
  • Capital works planning and projects.
  • Attending after-hours security call outs
  • Conducting regular site inspections of common areas including but not limited to; storerooms, electrical switch rooms, cleaners rooms, and amenity areas to report on condition and maintenance recommendations.
  • Issue, follow up and manage all work orders.
  • Approving and paying invoices
  • Co-ordinating the Annual Fire Safety Statement visits and any other compliance works
  • General support, including managing keys and the notice board, etc
  • Regular reporting and attendance at committee or other meetings to provide updates
  • Concierge services

Any services provided will come with regular reports and recommendations for your scheme to consider, meaning you have all of the information you need to make the best decisions for your building 24/7.
