We take pride in where we live, we know our clients want the same thing and we know that untidy common areas are the first thing people notice when they visit a building.

This is why our partnership with QSEC is critical to keep your property looking its best all year round.

Services provided by QSEC include:

  • Cleaning services, including carpet cleaning, window cleaning, roof & gutter cleaning, mould remediation services and more
  • Gardening services from small to large including landscaping jobs

Both services are offered as one of services or on an ongoing basis.

Each visit to your property will be logged using our technology and will come with before and after photos, as well as a summary of works completed to give you complete comfort that your property is being looked after the way you expect.

The team will also be able to attend to any minor maintenance tasks while on site to help keep costs down, including replacing light globes and other regular minor repairs needed.

Building & Facilities Management & concierge services 

For buildings large and small, having somebody onsite to run a well-maintained building is often a critical piece of the puzzle and fosters happier communities within the building.

Our partnership with QSEC provides a whole range of services for onsite building management; working closely with our strata management team to:  

  • Keep the Common Property and all plant and equipment in a good state of repair.
  • Issue, follow up and manage all work orders.
  • Analysing quotes and providing recommendations to the committee on trades and service providers that demonstrate the best value.
  • Approving and paying invoices
  • Capital works planning and projects.
  • Co-ordinating the Annual Fire Safety Statement visits and any other compliance works
  • Attending after-hours security call outs
  • General support, including managing keys and the notice board, etc
  • Conducting regular site inspections of common areas including but not limited to; storerooms, electrical switch rooms, cleaners rooms, and amenity areas to report on condition and maintenance recommendations.
